A financial services provider is looking for a Senior Pensions/Projects Administrator to manage a portfolio of clients. This role involves high-quality administration of DB/DC pension schemes, performing calculations, handling reporting, and supporting various project tasks. An exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals administering DB/DC pension schemes. You’ll provide high-quality administration support, share technical expertise, and ensure member and client needs are met.

About the role
  • Managing all administration matters for a portfolio of clients.
  • Processing member benefit calculations (including manual checks).
  • Handling renewals, benefit statements, trustee reports, and accounts.
  • Supporting scheme projects such as GMP Equalisation and Bulk Annuity (Buy-in/Out).
  • Building client relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Attending client meetings (mostly remote) and liaising with consultants.
About you
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in DC/DB pensions, including GMP Equalisation.
  • Strong ability to perform and check manual calculations.
