Job summary

Vospers Group in Exeter is seeking a proactive Senior Telesales Advisor to join our busy, multi-franchised Parts department, Matford Way.

You will answer incoming calls, lookup parts across several electronic catalogues, advise trade and retail customers on pricing and availability, respond to emails, promote current promotions, and log any feedback for the Parts Manager.

Qualifications

• Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential.
• A level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in our busy call centre.
• Lookup parts across electronic catalogues and advise customers on price and availability.
• Respond to emails from a shared inbox in a professional manner.
• Promote existing customers with current promotions.
• Record customer concerns and relay to the Parts Manager.

The Role

As a Parts Telesales Advisor, you'll be operating within a busy multi-franchised parts department at Vospers, Matford Way in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities of a Parts Telesales Advisor

• Answering incoming phone calls within our call centre.
• Looking up parts on a number of Electronic Parts Catalogues and advising our trade and retail customers, pricing and availability.
• Take emails from a shared email box and respond to the customer enquires in a professional manner.
• Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions.
• Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Record any lost sales on database.

Experience & Qualifications

• Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential.
• A level of computer literacy.
• Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system advantageous.

Attributes Required

• Be able to work well under pressure.
• An ability to retain training and an enthusiastic approach is vital.
• You must possess a desire to sell and win orders.
• Quickly and efficiently accessing records, checking databases and updating files, often whilst talking to a potential customer at the same time.

Location

Matford Way, Exeter

Dependent on Experience and Qualifications, to be discussed at interview

Hours

Monday to Friday, with Saturday on a rota
