Job summary

Vantage Motor Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to plan and coordinate dealership parts sales, ensuring customer requirements are met while maximising margins. You will communicate with customers by phone and in person to identify needs and guide them to suitable products.

You will also order parts for the service team, maintain stock levels and handle administration including customer records and invoicing. Motor industry experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor industry is required.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Experience in stock ordering and stock intake in a customer facing role.
• Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes and margins.
• Build rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face to face.
• Order parts for the Service team and maintain stock and accessory levels.
• Complete administration such as customer records and invoicing.
