Perk is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager (Strategic Partnerships) to build and scale our partner ecosystem across Europe, with emphasis on the DACH region. You’ll create joint go-to-market plans, drive partner-led pipeline, and own relationships from outreach to ongoing growth.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, recruiting high-potential partners, and turning collaborations into repeatable revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and professional English required.
• Proven success in partnerships or business development roles.
• Experience with SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology environments is a plus.
