As a Senior Partner at TPXimpact, you'll play a critical role in finding and developing new client relationships, helping define the type of work we do and the impact we deliver. This isn't a traditional sales role—it's about genuinely understanding client challenges and connecting those needs with TPXimpact’s capabilities in digital transformation, technology, design, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders in client organisations, understanding their challenges and identifying ways TPXimpact can genuinely help.
  • Spotting new opportunities and shaping compelling solutions that align with our mission to create meaningful change through digital transformation.
  • Leading conversations, pitches, and presentations that help clients see the potential in partnering with TPXimpact.
  • Sharing ideas and insights internally to shape the future direction of our company’s capabilities and market presence.
  • Representing TPXimpact externally, through thought leadership, participating in events, writing blogs, or sharing your perspective in your networks.
Dimensions
  • Strategic timeframe working towards - Able to secure substantial new long-term business on an annual basis, creating at least one new scaled business partnership per year.
  • Problem solving responsibility and complexity - Able to secure significant new business to contribute to in-year growth and blue sky.
  • Change management requirements - Expected to take about one day a week wherever necessary to develop new business or secure a client, especially for large new wins.
