Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with life-threatening conditions.
• Experience of providing play during care.
• Evidence of supporting or teaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing care to young patients and their families.
• Lead care planning reviews and support junior staff.
• Handle end-of-life care compassionately and professionally.
