Job summary

Version 1 seeks an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps. You will advocate for customers, drive service excellence, and coordinate across global teams to optimise performance and value.

In this role you will own service reviews, governance, and CSI initiatives while collaborating with practice leadership to align delivery with strategic goals and commercial success.

• Proven experience delivering customer-first outcomes within ERP transformation and managed services environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth and bids for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps.
• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring commitments and objectives are met.
• Lead service reviews, present performance data, and drive improvements.
• Govern Oracle SaaS teams and manage capacity, costs, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to align strategies with customer goals.
• Ensure ITIL/ISO20000 governance and handle escalations and risk management.
