Job summary
Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS applications. You will partner with customers as their advocate, ensuring service commitments, performance and value delivery while working with senior stakeholders across industries.

Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering customer-first outcomes within ERP transformation and managed services.
- Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute with experience in revenue growth opportunities and bids.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and SaaS.
- Act as primary customer contact, ensuring commitments and objectives are met.
- Lead service review meetings and report on performance and KPIs.
- Governance for Oracle SaaS support teams and resources.
- Forecast service costs, revenues and demand.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and cloud improvements.
