Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, and EPM. You will act as the trusted customer advocate, driving service excellence, governance, and value realization.

You will engage with Oracle practice leadership, manage escalations and CSI initiatives, and ensure delivery aligns with ITIL/ISO 20000 frameworks while supporting growth across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer-first outcomes within ERP transformation and managed services.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
• Commercial acumen with experience identifying and driving revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS applications.
• Act as primary customer contact, ensuring service commitments and business objectives are met.
• Lead Service Review Meetings, present performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
