Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Applications Practice. You will own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps, acting as the customer advocate to drive service excellence and customer value.

You will engage with senior stakeholders across multiple industries, ensuring operational performance, governance, and continual improvements while aligning with Version 1's service

• Resource management including performance and workload planning.
• Expertise in financial forecasting: team costs, gross profit, recurring revenue, and project revenue forecasting.
• Knowledge of software configuration and release management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and SaaS apps.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring commitments and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders as trusted partner.
• Lead Service Review Meetings and present performance, SLAs, risks, and improvements.
• Manage escalations, major incidents, and service risks through resolution.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement initiatives to enhance quality and value.
• Govern Oracle SaaS support teams and resources.
• Forecast service costs and operational demand.
• Collaborate with Oracle practice leadership on delivery strategies.
• Monitor service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and cloud enhancements.
