Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to own complex ERP transformations, spanning Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM and EPM. You will guide clients through large-scale change with multidisciplinary delivery teams and maintain strategic relationships across engagements.

You will drive robust programme plans, governance and reporting, while ensuring delivery on time and budget and contributing to pre-sales activities and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud, HCM or EPM transformations.
• Proven ability to govern complex projects with strong reporting.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Solid commercial delivery experience with fixed-price engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes.
• Act as primary client interface and build trusted relationships.
• Define scope, objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead delivery teams to achieve pace and quality.
• Develop programme plans aligned to MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Oversee budget and P&L; coordinate with third parties.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
