Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM, and related SaaS apps. You will act as the customer advocate, driving service excellence, performance, and growth while collaborating with a global Oracle practice.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to shape service delivery strategies across multiple industries.

• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps.
• Act as primary customer contact, ensuring service commitments and business objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Lead regular Service Review Meetings, presenting performance, SLAs, risks, and improvements.
• Manage escalations, major incidents, service risks, and critical issues to resolution.
• DriveContinual Service Improvement initiatives to enhance quality and value.
• Provide governance for Oracle SaaS support teams and delivery resources.
• Forecast capacity, resources, and service costs; manage budgeting and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with Oracle practice leadership on delivery strategies aligned to goals.
• Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, utilization, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and additional engagements within accounts.
• Ensure ITIL/ISO20000 compliance and effective service governance.
• Support service transitions for new Oracle Cloud implementations into managed services.
• Promote knowledge sharing and operational excellence across delivery teams.
• Balance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability.
