Job summary

VE3 in Maidenhead seeks an Oracle Service Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to own day-to-day delivery of a major Oracle Cloud service. You will ensure live operations health, drive change discipline, and align business with technical teams running the system.

You will work with Oracle Fusion functional consultants across HCM/payroll, ERP Financials, or EPM, managing incidents, changes, and releases with accountability and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience running service delivery for a live, enterprise system.
• Ability to manage SLAs, reports and stakeholders at senior level.
• Ability to prioritise technical/functional work with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs across incidents, requests and changes.
• Lead incident, problem and change management processes and post-incident reviews.
• Plan rota and out-of-hours on-call for serious incidents while balancing coverage.
• Prioritise and sequence work with functional consultants for quick fixes and changes.
• Maintain relationships with product owners and business leads as escalation point.
• Manage Oracle release cycle end-to-end across HCM, ERP and EPM.
• Track capacity, workload, and risk; flag resourcing or skill gaps early.
• Governance: reviews, reports, and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure test evidence and configuration records are up-to-date.
• Contribute to knowledge base and feed incident learnings back.
