Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services, including EBS, ERP, HCM, and EPM. You will act as the trusted advisor, driving service excellence, governance, and growth across multiple industries, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will join a global Oracle practice with a hybrid working model, engaging senior stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Proven experience delivering ERP transformation and managed services.
Strong leadership with the ability to build high-performing teams.
Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth.
Experience supporting bids, proposals, and service delivery engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and escalation management.
Experience in structured, process-driven delivery environments.
Resource management, workload allocation, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps.
Act as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring commitments and objectives are met.
Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders for Oracle Cloud delivery and optimisation.
Lead regular Service Review Meetings, presenting service performance and KPI achievements.
Manage customer escalations, major incidents, and service risks through resolution.
Drive Continual Service Improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Provide governance for Oracle SaaS support teams and technical leads.
Forecast capacity, costs, revenues, and operational demand.
Collaborate with Oracle practice leadership to define delivery strategies.
Monitor key service metrics and customer satisfaction; identify expansion opportunities.
Ensure ITIL and ISO 20000 compliance within governance frameworks.
Support service transition for new Oracle Cloud implementations.
Promote knowledge sharing and operational excellence across teams.
Balance Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Commercial Performance.
