Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM and EPM. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence and alignment with business goals.

In this hybrid role, you will influence service performance, governance, and cost forecasting while guiding senior stakeholders through transformation journeys across multiple UK and international client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ERP transformation and managed services.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across enterprise programmes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM and SaaS services.
• Ability to manage bids, proposals and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps.
• Act as primary customer contact, ensuring commitments and objectives are met.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and act as trusted partner for service delivery and optimisation.
• Lead service reviews, report performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Govern and oversee Oracle SaaS support teams and project resources.
• Forecast service costs, revenues and demand; ensure capacity planning and budgeting.
