Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps. You will act as the customer's advocate, ensuring service commitments, performance and satisfaction are achieved while driving continual improvement.

The role involves governing delivery teams, collaborating with Oracle practice leadership, and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple industries on digital transformation

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering customer-first outcomes within ERP transformation and managed services environments.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop high-performing delivery teams.
Commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth opportunities and bids.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across EBS, ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS applications.
Act as primary customer contact ensuring service commitments and objectives are achieved.
Lead service reviews, report on SLAs, risks, and improvement initiatives; manage escalations and incidents.
