Job summary

Gattaca is hiring a Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale engineering projects in the UK, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, logistics and offshore support to meet objectives. You will develop plans, manage risks and budgets, handle change control, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous improvement to maximize delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering or offshore environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects (modification, testing, mobilisation, demobilisation).
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate teams and build relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and delivery timelines while managing risks and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel, and stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, project reviews, and ongoing engagement activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
