Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery professional to manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects. You will develop plans, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing and offshore support to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore environments.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop project plans.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams across offshore, manufacturing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource needs.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Control budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and change control.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
