Job summary

Gattaca seeks a project delivery professional to manage end-to-end engineering and offshore equipment projects in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure safety and on-time delivery within budget, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate complex specifications into actionable plans. This is a permanent full-time position with impact across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have proven project management experience in engineering, offshore, energy or related tech fields.
• Experience delivering complex equipment projects including mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical handling equipment and delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specs and develop project plans.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects meeting contractual, technical, and financial objectives.
• Develop plans, resources, schedules, and milestones; manage risks and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Monitor budget, invoicing, forecasting, and change control processes.
• Maintain documentation and reporting; support tender submissions and customer engagement.
