Job summary

Gattaca is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple medium and large-scale engineering/offshore projects in the UK. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and offshore support to meet safety, time, and budget targets.

You will develop plans, manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships, contributing to tender submissions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within an engineering, offshore, energy, or related technical environment.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects with modification, testing, mobilisation, and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery needs.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, develop plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, team motivation and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large-scale projects across engineering/offshore environments.
• Develop plans, resources, schedules, and delivery timelines while managing risks and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Provide project updates, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement.
