Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of multiple medium to large-scale engineering and offshore projects in the UK. You will develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills to support client engagements and tender activities.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering, offshore, energy, or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large-scale projects, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones while managing risks and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support for seamless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposal development.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
