Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium and large-scale engineering projects, including offshore, energy, and manufacturing domains. You will manage plans, resources, schedules, and milestones while mitigating risks and ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Formación

• Proven project management experience within engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and related delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, with experience motivating teams and building relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects, ensuring contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules and delivery timelines while proactively managing risks, priorities and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support activities for seamless delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing schedules and forecasting.
• Oversee change control processes and identify variation opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Maintain contractual compliance and project governance with financial controls.
• Escalate commercial, operational or project risks as appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel and stakeholders.
• Ensure expectations are understood and met through effective communication across the lifecycle.
• Support client meetings, project reviews and ongoing engagement; contribute to tender submissions and technical proposals.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, specifications and tracking systems.
• Prepare offshore information packs, procedures and records; provide regular progress updates.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency and delivery performance.
