Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery professional to oversee end-to-end execution of medium to large-scale engineering projects in the UK. You will develop plans, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and offshore activities to achieve contractual and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex equipment projects including modification and testing.
• Strong ability to interpret specifications and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project systems; holds driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across technical/operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones with risk management.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore tasks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting; support change control.
• Contribute to tender submissions and technical proposals.
