Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse retail partners.
  • Experience engaging with VFR networks and European retail sales environments.
  • Proven success in managing offline retail channels, ideally in an airline or travel environment.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographies with local and central strategy alignment.
  • Ability to present business cases and strategies to executives.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the VFR sales growth strategy across priority markets.
  • Identify high-potential VFR markets and create tailored fare structures.
  • Work with Brand & Marketing teams for targeted outreach in key communities.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for offline sales across Europe.
  • Develop a team of regional specialists in a pan-European environment.
  • Track KPIs for offline sales performance and adapt strategies.
