You will be leading a team of Occupational Health Nurses and involved in all aspects of the service, providing a high level comprehensive Occupational Health Service to our staff. This will include facilitating employee wellbeing through health screening, health assessment and health promotion, working as part of a cohesive occupational health team within a very busy environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly confident, have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and a flexible pro‑active approach to work to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
