Senior Night Nurse Band 5 / 6 - Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £25 per hr, depending on experience
Hours: 30hrs / 3 nights per week, on a shift rota
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence required
Visa Sponsorships: Not available

What You'll Need
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

  • Band 5 qualification
What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting daily routines – from bedtime support through to morning
  • Management of gastrostomy devices, nasogastric tubes and indwelling catheters
  • Managing palliative and end of life support
  • Implementing and evaluating all aspects of care and support
  • Keeping accurate record – every detail matters
  • Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
