Senior Solutions Architect – Technical Support Team

Do you enjoy shaping secure, resilient, and future‑ready network and cloud architectures? We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Technical Support Team, where you'll lead the design and architecture of complex network and cloud solutions across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of secure and resilient network and cloud designs across connectivity, capacity, performance, recovery, and access.
• Produce high‑ and low‑level design documentation, build guides and implementation instructions.
• Present designs to technical authorities and architecture review boards for approval.
• Align solutions to industry best practice frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST and secure‑by‑design principles.
• Oversee Network Engineers during implementation and ensure solutions are delivered to specification.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with third‑party suppliers and service providers.
• Act as a domain expert across current and emerging networking and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto (PAN‑OS) and firewall/security services.
• Proven Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS and Azure).
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking including Virtual WAN, firewalling, load balancing and application gateways.
• Experience across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft on‑premise technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Role‑Based Access Control or Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.
• Solid understanding of secure network design principles.
• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary delivery and operations teams.
