Senior National Account Manager

£55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Do you want to be at the forefront of a game-changing business in the food industry? Are you a fearless and relentless business developer with a passion for food and drink?

The Advocate Group are currently representing an innovative FMCG food company disrupting the market. We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to own and develop key business accounts across the foodservice/OOH channel. This is a role focusing on business growth across Contract Caterers, OOH, Foodservice and QSR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a leading Account and drive profitable growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
  • Develop the short, medium and long-term strategy for the Account which is in line with the business strategy
  • Construct and agree a Joint Business Plan with this leading account.
  • To work with the Category Management and NPD functions to develop category growth plans in line with the business strategy.
  • To manage and control pricing
  • To select and drive a new business pipeline
  • Opportunity for man-management

About You:

  • Experienced in sales in foodservice, contract catering, QSR accounts
  • Passion for the food & drink industry, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Fearless, high-energy, and relentless in driving business growth.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role.
