SNAM – Wholesale & Convenience
Full-time | Reports to Head of Sales
We’re working with one of the most exciting challenger brands in UK food & drink — premium, high-growth, and seriously mission-led. After launching into retail last year, they’re already making waves across wholesale, convenience, and food-to-go, and there’s a huge runway ahead.
This is a newly created role, focused on unlocking physical availability across the UK. You’ll be taking the lead across a mix of national and regional accounts, driving listings, visibility, and growth in channels like wholesale, high street, independents, convenience, airlines, and food to go.
It’s a hybrid role — part strategic account management, part business development — and a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows their way around UK wholesale and wants to make a visible impact in a brand on the rise.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and growing a portfolio of national wholesale and convenience accounts
Winning new listings across high street, convenience, and food-to-go
Building strong relationships with buyers, store managers & decision makers
Creating and delivering strategic account plans to drive volume, revenue & visibility
Leading forecasting, trade spend and performance tracking across your channel
Using data to inform action and unlock margin opportunities
Building a field sales & merchandising plan to own the shelf — and win it
Collaborating with Ops, Marketing & NPD to bring plans to life
What we’re looking for:
5 years in FMCG account management — ideally across wholesale or convenience
A proven track record of growing existing accounts and landing new ones
Commercially savvy, data-literate and target-driven
Entrepreneurial, energetic and motivated by growth
️ Strong understanding of the UK retail and wholesale landscape
️ Willing to travel across the UK to build customer relationships
Comfortable working cross-functionally and at pace
