Senior National Account Manager – Booker, Brakes, Bidfood foodservice

Location: Access to London HQ 2 days per week

Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus + generous benefits package

Our internationally renowned FMCG food client is a well-established business with an iconic brand that has revolutionised its category in shopper and consumption habits. The product sector is currently the most talked about ‘new food’, where innovation continues to push the boundaries of ‘what's next’. A leading authority in their category, with combined retail UK revenues exceeding £120m, the Foodservice channel's potential is enormous and growing, driven by a skilled team. We are seeking an experienced NAM with hands-on accountability for major Foodservice Wholesalers (such as Brakes, Bidfood, Booker) to be at the heart of this organisation and its vibrant sales community.

You will lead, alongside the OOH Director and colleagues, the execution of an actionable channel strategy to drive new distribution and build brand equity, which will be the primary measure of success. You will own the route-to-market strategy for the Wholesale sector, ensuring optimal ‘push/pull’ within all feeder routes such as coffee shops, end-user Horeca, and travel sectors. As a sales champion with a strong understanding of brand building with customers, you’ll benefit from the support of highly trained consumer marketing and experiential teams.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, well-trained NAM ready to advance in Wholesale major accounts. The ideal candidate will know how to optimise major account relationships, with a passion for building customer success and winning back business from competitors.

Your commercial curiosity, proactive sales mindset, and independence to demonstrate your value are essential. You should have proven experience in JBP negotiations and a deep understanding of customer needs.
