Job description

Join to apply for the Senior National Account Manager role at Deliveroo.

The Role

As a National Account Manager, you will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will leverage your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales and help them improve their operations for greater efficiency with customers and riders.

You will analyze data to identify performance patterns and generate insights to support partner growth. Reporting to your Client Partner, you will collaborate with functions like Marketing, Operations, and Product. Handling large-scale partners may involve overcoming unique challenges, shaping future strategies for global partnerships.

You Will
  • Monitor and analyze partner-specific goals and present performance reviews.
  • Manage weekly operational meetings, providing insights during reviews.
  • Advise on ways to enhance delivery channels and increase revenue.
  • Conduct in-person training for main restaurant partners on operational best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Develop relationships with key partners, involving other parts of Deliveroo’s business.
  • Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities across the UK.
  • Collaborate with restaurant marketing teams on campaigns that add value.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to manage data and create actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
