Active Pathways in Droylsden (Manchester) is opening Willow Rise, a new residential service focused on recovery and empowerment. We’re seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead shifts, deliver high-quality care, mentor staff and shape a brand-new team from day one.
You’ll work a 38.5-hour week on a days & nights rota, with an emphasis on person-centred care and a supportive, therapeutic environment for residents. Competitive benefits apply.

Location: Droylsden, Manchester
Pay: £15.00 per hour (£16.50 overtime)
Hours: Full-Time - 38.5 Hours Per Week (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am, 2-week rolling rota)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
