Active Pathways Ltd is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker for Brook House in Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire, to help residents live as independently as possible within a 13-bed supported living service. You will operate in a 24-hour staffed, multidisciplinary setting focused on recovery and person-centred care.

The role requires female experience, right to work in the UK, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality support with opportunities for development and training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.

Female Mental Health Support Worker – (Supported Living)

Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire

NightShifts – 38.5Hours Per Week

Salary: £13.45per hour, with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour

Shifts: 8am – 9pm, with1 in 2 weeks off

Active Pathways Ltd is currently looking for a compassionate female Support Worker to join Brook House in Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team, ensuring that the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

Brook House is a 13-bed supported living service providing person-centred support for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism. With 24-hour staffing and a passionate multi-disciplinary team, Brook House helps residents build independence and work towards recovery.
