Job summary

Active Pathways is opening Willow Rise, a brand-new residential rehabilitation service in Droylsden, Manchester, this November. We are seeking passionate individuals to become founding members of our team and deliver compassionate, person-centred mental health care.

You will help residents build independence, engage in meaningful daily activities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, inclusion, and long-term empowerment.

Job description

Mental Health Support Worker (Days & Nights)

Location: Droylsden, Manchester

Pay: £13.45 per hour (£14.95 overtime)

Hours: Full-Time - 38.5 Hours Per Week (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am 2-week rolling rota)

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
