Job summary

Active Pathways is opening Willow Rise, a brand-new residential rehabilitation service in Droylsden, Manchester, this November. We are seeking passionate individuals to become founding members of our team and deliver compassionate, person-centred mental health care.

You will help residents build independence, engage in meaningful daily activities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, inclusion, and long-term empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in mental health or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, compassionate, and resilient approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, person-centred mental health care.
• Support residents to build independence and confidence.
• Help individuals engage with meaningful daily activities and the local community.
• Provide emotional, practical, and social support.
