Brookhaven is opening Willow Rise, a new residential rehabilitation service in Droylsden in September 2026. We're seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the service from its inception, ensuring a positive culture and high-quality care.
This role involves supporting the Registered Manager, leading a dedicated team, and making a real difference in residents' lives. Candidates must possess leadership experience in mental health settings and an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
To ensure consistency in our care delivery applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from their agreed start date. Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
