Qualifications

• 10 years experience within the building or industrial services industry.
• Experience within the construction, process and/or industrial sectors.
• CSCS technical, supervisory or managerial card.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
• Review Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain a snag/punch list.

Skills

Strong understanding of building services installations

Proactive attitude

Good standard of IT literacy – especially MS Office 365

Assertive and strong personality

Familiar with BSRIA BG 6

Good understanding of health and safety legislation

Education

HNC/HND or above in electrical or mechanical engineering

18th edition electrical installations certification

City & Guilds electrical inspection & testing certification

Tools

CDM Regulations 2015 knowledge
