You will be leading the mechanical delivery on a major flagship manufacturing expansion for one of the world’s most iconic luxury automotive brands. This project represents a multi‑million‑pound investment into next‑generation production, precision engineering excellence, and future‑focused technology — making it one of the most exciting and prestigious projects currently underway in the UK.

The Role

As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the full mechanical scope across a large, highly engineered facility. You will lead teams on the ground, manage specialist subcontractors, ensure seamless coordination with structural and electrical packages, and drive the project through delivery, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mechanical delivery across a large, complex manufacturing facility.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, planning, installation, QA/QC, and technical coordination.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems — HVAC, process services, utilities, and specialist manufacturing support systems — are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, design, and commercial teams to manage cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Lead client interface and represent the project at senior level meetings.
  • Drive commissioning activities and support final handover.

  • Strong background in mechanical project management within industrial, manufacturing, high‑end commercial, pharmaceutical, or data centre environments.
  • Experience leading multi‑million‑pound MEP packages.
