Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking to strengthen Adelphi Automation s industry presence as the business moves into its next phase of growth, offering a salary of up to £45,000 and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in an innovative, engineering-led environment. This is an office-based role where your ideas will directly influence how the business is positioned across specialist markets.

About Adelphi Automation

Adelphi Automation is a highly respected UK automation and robotics specialist, delivering bespoke engineering solutions to complex manufacturing challenges. The business designs, builds and integrates automated systems for customers across multiple sectors, including advanced manufacturing, construction-related automation and product-based robotic solutions.

What makes Adelphi different is its consultative approach - combining deep technical expertise with long-term customer partnerships. Rather than one-off projects alone, the business is increasingly focusing on industry-specific positioning and scalable product solutions to reduce risk for customers and build sustained market presence. This strategic shift creates a genuine opportunity for marketing to play a central role in shaping the company s future.

  • Working closely with technical and engineering teams to extract complex information and turn it into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Managing website content with SEO best practice in mind to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Coordin social media activity and monitoring performance to refine messaging and reach.
  • Supporting the planning and promotion of exhibitions, trade shows, open days and customer events.
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, using insight to improve future activity.
