Qualifications

  • 10–15 years as a Senior Officer on offshore vessel types.
  • Strong background in vessel operations and offshore activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare scopes of work and project documentation for marine operations.
  • Develop technical specifications for vessels for offshore activities.
  • Review technical bids and proposals.
  • Establish procedures for marine operations.
  • Participate in marine assurance activities.
  • Contribute to offshore engineering methods and project execution.
  • Support HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and risk-assessment processes.

Skills

Commanding an offshore vessel
Understanding of offshore marine operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Master STCW II / 2 (Unrestricted)
Certificate of Competency with command experience
Relevant degree and experience for lower CoC
