The Opportunity

IRIS is hiring a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead global treasury operations. This leadership role will shape liquidity, funding, financial risk management and treasury strategy across an expanding, acquisitive international group.

Responsibilities
  • Set and execute IRIS’s global treasury strategy.
  • Advise senior leaders on capital structure, funding and financial risk.
  • Manage global cash positions and optimise liquidity.
  • Deliver robust cash‑flow forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Lead FX, interest‑rate and credit risk management frameworks.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate facilities.
  • Drive debt issuance and refinancing activity.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, audits and regulations.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing treasury team.
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience in a multinational environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Deep expertise in cash management, FX, debt instruments and risk mitigation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive‑level influencing skills.
  • Experience implementing or operating Treasury Management Systems.
  • Degree qualified; ACT or CFA preferred.
