Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to build and expand stablecoin payment partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks on Coinbase's platform.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, from initial diligence through negotiation to post-launch growth, engaging executive stakeholders across payments and trading. You will translate technical and crypto concepts into tailored client value propositions, lead cross-functional teams, and help shape the infrastructure roadmap with market

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals including legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.
• Ability to translate crypto and payments concepts into client-facing value propositions.
• Experience communicating with C-suite executives and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow partnerships with PSPs, fintechs and banks.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth.
• Lead executive conversations and articulate Coinbase’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Solutions Architecture and Sales for onboarding and integration.
• Influence roadmap based on partner needs and market insights.
