Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to oversee strategic partnerships with sponsor banks, PSPs and financial institutions. You will guide day-to-day relationships, drive quarterly reviews, and lead negotiations for new products and geographic expansion.

You’ll collaborate across Compliance, Risk, Treasury and internal teams to ensure scalable, compliant growth while coordinating multi-region activity and expanding the partner network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in payments and financial services.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the judgment to move between high-level strategy and critical operational details.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information, documents and relationships across multiple partners.
• A proactive, can-do mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a new team within a leading payments company.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship and overall strategy for a portfolio of sponsor banks and PSPs.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, sharing performance and roadmaps with partners.
• Lead contract renewals and negotiations for new products and geographic expansion.
• Coordinate responses to provider requests for information with Compliance, Risk, Treasury, etc.
• Identify and evaluate prospective providers and monitor portfolio activity.
