Job description

Overview

Senior Manager, Global Investment (m/f/d) based in London. Full-time, hybrid role reporting to the Vice President Global Investment. You will drive global growth and expansion by exploring opportunities and supporting the development and execution of NTT GDC's investment strategy.

What you will do

• Create detailed financial models and return sensitivity analyses for individual investments and aggregated portfolios with complex deal structures
• Underwrite and execute business expansion opportunities via new leases, site and asset acquisitions, M&A, strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Draft Investment Committee Memorandums with comprehensive property, return, tenant, market, economic and risk analyses for each acquisition
• Lead and coordinate due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions through to closing
• Assist with SPA drafting and negotiations, review leases and service contracts, coordinate with legal counsel on contract issues, and review third-party due diligence
• Set up and manage internal calls/meetings, produce/review minutes, and follow up on actions with stakeholders
• Create ad-hoc reports and track progress across various workstreams, reporting to leadership
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition/investment or other real asset classes, including underwriting, valuation and due diligence
• A relevant Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or similar professional qualification is desirable
• Strong understanding of real estate, corporate finance and transaction structuring (ideally with data centers)
• Proven ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams and to develop project briefs
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for business and short- to mid-term stays abroad
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficient in Word and PowerPoint with excellent financial modelling capability
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders
