An exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to support Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) across the Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM) business.

The role sits within our 1st line, LBCM ECP team and will focus on providing operational ECP oversight across LBCM UK business areas – covering the ECP risk areas of fraud; anti-money laundering (AML); sanctions and anti-bribery. You’ll work closely with internal and external key customers across the LBCM business areas, and LBCM’s service partners to ensure ECP risks are effectively handled and mitigated. As part of our LBCM ECP team, the Senior Manager will contribute to the delivery of a balanced and effective ECP control framework across LBCM which enables the business to achieve its objectives and strategic growth agenda in-line with risk appetite.
As Senior Manager you’ll report into the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for delivering pro-active ECP support and constructive challenge across LBCM UK through a variety of mechanisms including relationship management and the delivery of assurance and oversight activity of shared service controls. The Senior Manager will deputise for and support the LBCM COO and will be responsible for creating and maintaining key business relations with senior management, including LBCM Board members and service partners.
