An educational institution in Portsmouth is seeking a Senior M365 Solutions Analyst to lead the design and implementation of advanced business productivity solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 tools. This role involves managing the solutions pipeline and ensuring effective user adoption and utilization of M365 applications. The ideal candidate should exhibit expertise in innovation, process automation, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the University’s digital transformation. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
As Senior M365 Solutions Analyst, you will lead the design, creation and implementation of advanced business productivity solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, focusing on process improvement, workflow automation, and user adoption. You will act as the subject matter expert for M365 productivity solutions, supporting business teams to maximise the value of M365, and ensuring best practice in solution design, documentation, and user support. You will identify opportunities for innovation in process automation, ensuring analysis, development, security and testing best practices are applied and mentoring the wider team.
Your role will include coordinating the management of the solutions pipeline process and the management and monitoring of the M365 release roadmap, signposting colleagues and other teams to changes and ensuring users have support in adopting these into ways of working. Your role is critical to ensure smooth user adoption and utilisation of M365 applications and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and collaboration in support of the University’s digital transformation journey. You will also play a key role in more complex projects, stakeholder engagement, upskilling and adoption, and continuous improvement of M365 services.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
