Job summary

FENDI in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Ambassador to deliver a luxurious client experience across all product categories. You will drive sales, nurture relationships and uphold the brand’s service standards in a dynamic luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive luxury fashion experience, strong styling skills, and the ability to perform under targets while maintaining impeccable presentation and a professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
• Experience in the Ladies' RTW category is essential.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve KPIs by management.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
• Strengthen customer relations and manage CRM campaigns.
• Operate the Sales Management system for stock, payments and customer data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
