Job summary

Fendi in Manchester is seeking a Luxury Retail Ambassador to deliver an extraordinary, personalized experience to our clients.

You will drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, manage CRM initiatives, maintain stock and store standards, and uphold impeccable service. The role requires at least five years in fashion retail, with two in luxury, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and flawless English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
• Experience in Ladies' ready-to-wear (RTW) category is essential.
• Excellent styling skills and strong fashion sense.

Responsibilities

• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-selling across all product categories.
• Monitor personal sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Provide customer feedback on products, including new launches.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture the FENDI customer base using CRM tools and campaigns.
• Manage customer service quality and offer professional, personal service.
• Perform store duties and operate the Sales Management system (stock transfer, payments, and customer data).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes and cycle-counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness; perform other duties as required.
