Job summary

Fendi Manchester, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Senior/Luxury Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary high-end experience. The role focuses on upselling across product categories, maintaining KPI targets, and building strong, long-term relationships with a luxury clientele.

You will manage CRM campaigns, schedule One-on-One appointments, and ensure impeccable store operations, stock handling, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
• Experience in Ladies' RTW category is essential.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales and achieve KPI targets by Department Manager / Store Manager.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
• Strengthen customer relations and CRM usage; implement campaigns and set appointments.
• Operate the Sales Management system for stock transfer, payments and customer data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store housekeeping.
