Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in London is seeking a FENDI Ambassador to deliver luxurious client experiences, upsell across product categories, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage client relationships using CRM tools, participate in stock and store operations, and contribute to visual merchandising while maintaining high image and service levels. Fluent English required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion industry with at least 1 year in Luxury Sale.
• Category experience is essential and strong styling skills are an advantage.
• Strong selling and communication skills; fluent English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling across all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets with guidance from Store Management.
• Provide client feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
• Operate store systems for stock transfer, payments, and customer data entry; ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness; support stock takes and cycle counts.
